Instant cooking

I decided to make hayashi rice. It's kind of like a beef and vegetable stew. I found it in the supermarket and just like the japanese curry, it comes in little easy-to-cook breakable blocks. Quite tasty.

I'm a big fan of the instant pasta sauces that you can get here. They have a great selection and are cheap too. I added fresh garlic, herbs and tomatoes to this 'Napolitana' sauce. Although I think I might have over did it with the chilli flakes.
