Hyogo AJET Xmas Party

Headed to Mosaic in Harbourland for the Hyogo AJET Xmas dinner at Fisherman's Market.

Great place with awesome buffet - seafood, pastas, pizzas, salads, grilled things on sticks, paella, ice creams, cakes, cream puffs, green tea pannacotta, chocolate mousse - it was too tasty.

It was good to catch up with a few people I haven't seen in ages. Many are away travelling during the holidays or visiting their home countries. After stuffing ourselves silly we headed to Becak for drinks (good music too) and meet up with some Kobe JETs.

Miako and I headed to Sally's afterwards to get our dance on. It was a half-an-hour-power-dance before her last train so we got our drinks then hit the dance floor. It was good fun and had our laughs but decided to call it a night when we were getting hit on by 14 year olds who were trying to get their dance on with us. How they even got in the joint in the first place was what got us. They weren't Japanese but looked as if they could have been some of our students!
